Join us on Monday, September 30, 2024, from 12:00 - 12:30 PM as we celebrate the new location of Coastal Community Health at the ribbon-cutting ceremony located at 22385 Flora Parke Crossing, in Fernandina Beach. 

The ribbon will be cut promptly at 12:00 PM. 

Coastal Community Health is a federally qualified health center that offers primary care as well as access to affordable medication through its pharmacy program.
