
In honor of American Business Women's Day, the Nassau County Chamber of Commerce is hosting an EmpowHER! Expo and Luncheon event on Monday, September 22nd, from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM, at Residence Inn Amelia Island. The event will feature a vibrant expo, delicious lunch, and an inspiring presentation from guest speaker Abigail Fields, Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
If you're interested in signing up to be a vendor, review the information below and fill out the form.
We ask that vendors be women professionals who work for a Chamber member business. Limited spaces are available. The deadline to sign up is Friday, September 5th.
Once the form is submitted, you will be contacted to confirm your spot and sent an invoice.

What You Receive as a Vendor:
- 6ft rectangular vendor table during expo time

Vendor Responsibilities
- Arrive by 9:45 AM-10:00 AM to set up your table
- Bring products or information about services offered
- Provide incentives for attendees to do business with you (coupons, discounts, etc.)
- Pass out any swag or freebies
- Bring one door prize
