About
John P. Stack specializes in commercial real estate services, including sales and leasing, in Nassau County, Florida, and southeast Georgia. Nassau County and southeast Georgia have both experienced significant growth and are well positioned for the future. John serves on the Nassau County Planning and Zoning Board and participates in many committees and projects involving the quality of life in Nassau County, Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach. Significant career transactions include the sale of the Palace Saloon and Allegiance Development in Florida and Kings Bay Village in Georgia. After a 28-year career in sales and marketing with Prudential, John took an early retirement and became active in residential real estate before proceeding to specialize in commercial real estate. He is also the Past President of the Amelia Island-Nassau County Board of Realtors. Currently Chairman of the Transportation Planning Organization of North Florida.
