Real estate is a hyper-local industry. An Amelia Island resident and beachgoer since 1991, I have become an expert on the area, and I understand what buyers are looking for and how to appeal to them. And, when it is time to sell your home, it’s important to have an agent who has the resources to easily manage staging and marketing your home, actively search for prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase, and meet all deadlines from start to close. My proven strategies and extensive network help my customers get the most for their homes in the least amount of time. I grew up in Texas, received a Bachelor of Business Administration and worked as a paralegal prior to moving to Amelia Island from Austin, Texas in 1991. I became the operator of the Amelia Flying Club and owner of Oracle Aviation flight instruction here on the island. I then worked in the insurance industry for eight years, giving me excellent experience working with people from all backgrounds, developing strategic marketing insights and a deep knowledge of home insurance, which can be helpful when buying or selling a home.
