Health & Wellness Collaborative at Baptist Medical Center Nassau

This meeting is exclusively for Chamber of Commerce members who are healthcare providers.

Join us on Wednesday, March 26th from 9:00 AM-10:30 AM for a Health & Wellness Collaborative, sponsored by Wellness360 Magazine. This meeting will be held in the conference room at Baptist Medical Center Nassau (Hospital) located at 1250 S. 18th Street in Fernandina Beach. 

The Health & Wellness Collaborative brings together health and wellness professionals from across Nassau County for networking, education, and collaboration. Each meeting is hosted at a different location, giving attendees the opportunity to hear from guest speakers, connect with fellow professionals, and tour local facilities. Created as an exclusive resource for those in the health and wellness industry, the Collaborative is designed to educate, strengthen, and unite our local professional community.

This meeting's featured speaker, Cara Gluck with the Florida Department of Health, will share insights on the Community Health Assessment, local health and medical collaborations, and other topics affecting our healthcare community.

Cost: Free for members; $25 for prospective members

The Health & Wellness Collaborative is free for Chamber members and is $25 for prospective members. Advanced registration is required. 

To attend events either at no cost or at a reduced rate, your employer must be a current member of the Chamber, and you must be listed as a bona fide contact for that business. Nonprofit organizations with paid employees may designate those employees as contacts to attend events; nonprofits run solely by volunteers may designate only one contact to attend events.
