Beach Junki is proud to present the 3rd Annual Sea Turtle Festival, a free, family-friendly community event dedicated to sea turtle conservation, marine-life awareness, and ocean education. This year’s festival features our popular Pretend Sea Turtle Hospital, where children become junior rescuers—learning how sea turtles are cared for through hands-on, interactive activities that inspire conservation at an early age. A highlight of the 2026 festival is the unveiling of a 5-foot fiberglass “Sea the Art Turtle,” painted by local artist Tina McDaniel. This powerful art installation raises awareness of the threats marine life faces due to ocean pollution and serves as both an educational tool and a call to action for our community. Local businesses are invited to become sponsors and host the Sea the Art Turtle as a visible symbol of their commitment to ocean conservation. Attendees will also enjoy an upgraded music stage designed to accommodate larger bands and enhanced performances, along with live entertainment throughout the day. Adding to the excitement, a local dance academy will take the stage to perform for festival guests. The Sea Turtle Festival brings together conservation groups, artists, educators, families, and local businesses for a day of learning, creativity, and celebration—all with the shared goal of protecting our oceans and the marine life that depends on them.
