We're a locally owned, fast-growing insurance agency on the south end of Amelia Island, specializing in personal lines insurance for coastal communities across Nassau County. We're looking for our next Director of First Impressions — someone smart, driven, and ready to learn P&C insurance from the ground up.

This isn't just a front-desk job. It's the entry point to a career in insurance, with a team that will actively teach you the ropes and support you as you grow— whether that means becoming a Licensed Insurance Agent or building expertise in a role you make your own.

What you'll be doing:

Client Experience

• Answering phones and delivering a genuinely great experience for prospects and clients
• Scheduling appointments and managing the sales team's calendar in Outlook
• Lead intake, policy changes and follow-ups to customers
• Greeting walk-ins with warmth and professionalism

Behind the Scenes

• Collecting payments and processing policy changes
• Assisting Agents with follow-ups after a policy is bound

Team Culture

• Helping coordinate office lunches, birthdays, and celebrations
• Pitching in on thoughtful touches like gifts and thank-you notes

Requirements:

• Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative (CSR) license or better will need to be obtained prior to start date
• Reliable transportation
• Must be proficient in Microsoft suite of products

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
