The Resale Project is the only Private Estate Sale company in Fernandina Beach.
We service residents in gated communities where estate/moving sales are usually restricted by the HOA and for clients not wishing to open their homes to the public.
Our consignment services are also unique, we sell on eBay, Chairish & Marketplace. Our items are shipped worldwide and as of 2021/2022, we have sold over 18k items online with 100% positive feedback.
