Our open hearth oven is meticulously handcrafted from the finest materials. Following an Old World recipe from Napoli's most famous pizzerias, our pizza is light, crispy and full of flavor. We use only the finest flour, imported cheeses, Italian plum tomatoes and burn-cured oak for smokiness.
