Property is entirely shaded by the beautiful oaks and contains a fire pit, a private covered dock and floating dock on deep water. Gorgeous views of the river directly from the dock and the cottage. Lots of wildlife viewing especially at low tide where you will sometimes see dolphins, manatees, sea turtles and so much more! 

Short-term/vacation rental can be booked from 2 nights to 3 months and is fully furnished. House contains a queen sized bed, set of bunk beds, washer/dryer, full kitchen with standard appliances. Occupants can take advantage of the following on site: fishing poles, bait bucket, fish cleaning station and crab trap. Dog friendly.
