Amelia Island Book Festival Authors' Expo and Readers' Extravaganza

Families, readers, and literacy fans are welcome to participate in the Amelia Island Book Festival’s free Authors' Expo & Readers' Extravaganza on Saturday, February 24, 2024 from 10AM - 4PM at the Fernandina Beach Middle School, 315 Citrona Drive.

During the Expo, attendees will have opportunities to engage with nearly 100 Authors in an up-close and personal way to learn about their work, what inspires them, and to purchase their books. There are Celebrity Author breakout presentations, led by New York Times best-selling authors with book signing sessions. Food trucks will be there along with a variety of activities designed to keep both Authors and Readers of all ages engaged, educated, and entertained throughout the day.

This year the Expo will include (new for 2024) student-focused sessions where AIBF will be providing no-cost copies of the authors’ books to registered student attendees! The Kids Zone will be available to keep the young ones engaged, as well as the usual activities, incentives, and prizes. There will be many opportunities to celebrate and promote literacy in a casual, fun, and festive atmosphere.
