Departs 7 days a week at 10:00 a.m. – Embark on an exceptional Cumberland Island Tour, a journey that unveils the captivating history and diverse wildlife of Amelia and Cumberland Islands. You will board one of our 45, 75, or 120 passenger boats, led by entertaining U.S. Coast Guard certified captains, promising a safe, delightful, immersive, and educational journey.
This 2 1/2 hour tour is our longest. It takes you further north in Georgia than any of our other tours. On this tour, you have the most opportunity to see the wildlife, and the most amount of time to hear about the area’s fascinating history.
You will experience the thrill of searching for playful dolphins, turkeys, alligators, sea turtles, manatees, pelicans, the American bald eagle, and more as you cruise along the picturesque shorelines. Admire the fascinating Fernandina shrimp boats, historic Old Town, and iconic landmarks. Once a playground for the super-rich and famous, as you approach Cumberland Island you will be looking for their wild horses while our knowledgeable captains share with you the legendary tales of the Rockefeller, Carnegie, and Kennedy families’ history.
