Cleaning Specialist

(Currently need to hire for multiple locations in Yulee, Fernandina Beach, North Jacksonville)

What you have to do as a Commercial Cleaner?

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
• Clean, monitor, and maintain assigned building areas
• Empty trash cans and use compactor for certain materials
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners and equipment
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
• Assist in training new employees, provide direction, and follow established systems
• Perform other duties as assigned based on the scope of work or customer needs

Who you have to be as a successful Commercial Cleaner?

• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age or older
• Physical Ability: Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Reliability: Must be highly reliable
• Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States
• Experience: Some prior cleaning experience or experience in customer service preferred
• Transportation: Driver's license and own transportation required
• Technology: Must have a cell phone with internet connection
• Screening: Must pass a drug screening and background check
• Schedule: Flexible work schedule, including weekends
• Initiative: Self-sufficient and willing to go the extra mile
• Teamwork: Excellent team player
• Growth Mindset: Personal drive to grow within the company
