Sue’s Market provides gourmet frozen casseroles and foods offering customers meal alternatives for everyday dining or entertaining. In the market, you will find a variety of high-quality frozen casseroles, entrees, sweet and savory pies, appetizers, soups, snacks and beer and wine for pick up to go! We also have an array of party ware and gifts for grab and go. Sue’s Market is to create a helpful environment for customers to find delicious foods and gifts to help save them time and effort.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Part-time Retail Sales Associate that would help support the overall daily sales operations of the store.

• Prior retail sales experience in supporting management and owner with day-to-day operations. 

• Supporting sales by recommending product pairings, upselling/cross-selling and building customer relationships. 

• Previous experience with social media and/or retail marketing, a plus!

• Customer service skills, greeting, answering questions about items in stock

• General Store Operations, POS use, open and close as scheduled, restock merchandise and general tidiness for a clean environment for customers.

• Merchandise support in tagging and stocking in proper places, documenting merchandise needs and understanding the inventory in POS system.

• Share store promotions or new products to customers and/or on social media channels as needed

• Creative spirit and enjoys merchandise and store decorating and building gift baskets.
