State Farm Sales Representative

Job Description / Responsibilities:

- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance and investment/retirement options

- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

- Be committed to "winning the day" everyday and have a winning attitude

- The State Farm agency (30+ years old) is located on SR200 right before the bridge to the island


Additional Information:

- Fernando brings 6+ years of Private Equity and Investment Banking experience in New York City and is seeking a highly energetic, career-oriented, competitive producer who wants to join a winning team and is looking for career advancement and mentorship

- You will build and develop customer relationships within the community and Auto/Home/Life Insurance

Requirements:

- Sales experience (traditional sales/retail sales associate, waiter/waitress, telemarketing) preferred

- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and investment/retirement play in helping people not only protect what they own, but "build something worth protecting"

- People-oriented

- Self-motivated

- Detail oriented

- Ability to multi-task

- Ability to make presentations to potential customers

- Life license (2-14) (must be able to obtain)

- Property and Casualty license (4-40) (must be able to obtain)
