Complete customer satisfaction is Ben Stephens’ first priority. As a mortgage banker for nearly 25 years, he’s seen it all. After graduating from University of Georgia with a degree in finance, Ben began his career in the Atlanta metro area before moving to Amelia Island in 2001. An expert in high net worth individuals, self-employed borrowers and condominium financing, Ben can find solutions for even the most complex lending situations. Ben is well acquainted with the intricate relationships of the mortgage industry. If the answer is not “yes” today, together with some hard work and the helping hands of his network, he believes he can find that “yes” just around the corner. He holds himself to Churchills’ standard of, “never, never, never give up.” Ben’s relationships run deep in the local business community. He is the Chair the North East Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) Nassau Council. The Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors recently named him “Affiliate of the Year” in both 2013 and 2015. Ben lives on Amelia Island with his wife Jennie, who runs the Red Otter Outfitters store they own together. He is the proud father of three lovely grown children and active in lay ministry at St. Peters Episcopal. In his free time, Ben enjoys paddle sports and playing tennis.
