Hi, I’m Jessica Shirah the Founder & Clarity Consultant of Organized Chaos Solutions and a proud U.S. Army veteran. My background has taught me to look at challenges through a systems-based lens; finding practical ways to bring clarity, structure, and function to spaces, businesses, and everyday life.

I work with individuals, families, seniors, small businesses, and community organizations to create solutions that actually work for the people using them. I’m especially passionate about supporting older adults, helping families navigate life transitions, and helping people who feel overwhelmed figure out where to begin.

That same passion carries into my community involvement. In my spare time, you’ll often find me volunteering, supporting local nonprofits, attending community events, or helping organizations think through ways to improve their processes and structure. I enjoy taking something that feels scattered or complicated and helping bring clarity, organization, and a workable path forward; whether that’s in someone’s home or behind the scenes of a nonprofit or small business.

For me, organizing has never been about perfection. It’s about helping people and organizations function better, reduce unnecessary stress, and have systems that support what they’re trying to accomplish. I bring patience, practicality, compassion, and zero judgment to everything I do.

Organized Chaos Solutions, through its residential organizing brand Orderly Chaos Professional Organizing, helps people create spaces that feel calmer, function better, and make everyday life a little easier.

We understand that clutter is rarely just about “stuff.” Sometimes it comes with a busy season of life, a growing family, a move, the loss of a loved one, downsizing a longtime home, or simply realizing that the systems you once had no longer work for the life you're living today.

Our focus is not perfection or creating a picture-perfect home. It’s creating practical, sustainable systems that make sense for the people who actually live there.

We are especially passionate about helping older adults and families navigate transitions with dignity, patience, and care, including creating safer, more accessible spaces that support independence and aging in place.
